Leave Application

The Marine Synergy Welfare Department has implemented new guidelines for expatriates working in high-risk marine zones. Loved ones, friends, or relatives may now request a Work Leave on behalf of the expatriate for the reasons outlined below.
Health Leave: This leave applies when an expatriate working under the Marine Synergy Organization is in poor health and requires proper treatment at home, prompting a request from their loved ones, friends, or relatives.
Marital Leave: This leave allows an expatriate to temporarily leave the marine zone to reunite with their fiancé(e) for marriage purposes.
For the leave request to be approved, the individual applying (loved one/friend/relative) must remit a refundable fee. This fee may represent a small percentage of the expatriate’s allowance and also contributes to supporting the welfare and logistics of other expatriates who will assume duty during the applicant’s absence.

These are the durations available for a Leave:
a.   1 Month Emergency Leave
b.   2 Months Emergency Leave
c.   3 Months Emergency Leave
d.   4 Months Emergency Leave
e.   5 Months Emergency Leave
f.   6 Months Emergency Leave
g.   8 Months Emergency Leave
h.   12 Months Emergency Leave
